Tom stressed that the morning rush is chaotic. The app needs to be incredibly fast so customers don't get grumpy trying to get their coffee.

- Modifications: The system must handle complex drink modifications (e.g., half-caf, oat milk, exactly 2.5 pumps of sugar-free vanilla).
- Offline Mode: Crucial for when the shop's Wi-Fi inevitably decides to shutdown.
